SPROUTSPOKEN POP-UPS

SproutSpoken’s homestead is Newquay in Cornwall, where scores of events have taken place over the years - often in Sprout Health Foods (hence the name!)
Events have also happened in many other spots around the town including in a nightclub, cafe, church, an orchard and even on the beach. This means we are a dab hand at the art of the pop-up, where the SproutSpoken locomotive arrives at a venue and makes the magic happen for the evening... before disappearing off down the tracks at the end of the night.
In increasing number, we have also run pop-ups in venues across other towns around the duchy.
A pop-up can include an open-mic section, booked performers or a combination of both. All of the following can be provided:
- full event hosting
- open-mic co-ordination/triage/liaison
- performer curation/booking/contracting
- complete or part box office service
- co-promotion (including provision of marketing assets)
- tech set-up (lights/sound/projection)
Previous pop-ups around Cornwall include...
The Old Library (Bodmin) in partnership with intoBodmin
The Jolly Sailor (Looe) in partnership with Valley Verse
The Olive Tree (Bude) in partnership with Bude Literary Festival
The School Hall (Nansledan) as part of Nansledan Arts Festival
The Cemetery Chapel (Helston) in partnership with Trevow
Studio4Dance (St Austell) in partnership with Restormel Arts
